Good health is of great significance
To one and all – without exception

Fruits and vegetables consume plenty
Avoid fried foods and others that are fatty

Go to the gym and exercise
Or go cycling after sunrise

Drinking lots of water helps
To flush out toxins and maintain good health

Cereals, nuts, pulses and seeds
These will meet all your nutritional needs

You’ll be able to avoid the doctor
By welcoming these foods into your platter

Finally, don’t worry, be happy
And you’ll live to see a century!
